The Design Product team is responsible for designing the most enjoyable and intuitive user experience possible for the Bedrock product (Consumer or Business), while ensuring technical feasibility and enhance the user experience navigation across all end-user devices and client business tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

At Bedrock, we’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Design team composed of UI Motion Designer, Product Designer, and Lead Product Designer.

As a Product Designer you’ll :

-Collaborate with the Product Manager responsible for each product initiative to ensure user focus, produce design deliverables for each initiative, and define potential new initiatives to explore

-Ensure continuous improvement of the Bedrock product experience (Consumer or Business) through each product initiative participated in:

o   Analysis of user issues and needs,

o   co-design of potential solutions,

o   monitoring of implementations,

o   measurement of user impact (consumer and business)

-Support the Product Manager in establishing the right discovery process for each initiative.

-Create user experience (low definition – wireframes) and main screens (high definition) needed to materialize each product initiative, utilizing the Design System, and working hand in hand with the UI System Designer

-Conduct user tests necessary to validate hypotheses for each initiative.

-A minimum of one successful experience in Product Design, or similar role, within a B2B2C environment is required, preferably in an international context.

-Capability to facilitate UX workshops

-Proficient in UX methods (Design Sprint) and user testing

-Good knowledge of technical constraints (responsive / accessibility / device constraints / DS use / user path documentation)

-Proven experience in UX specifics for different screens (iOS, Android, TVOS, Android TV, Smart TV).

-Solid knowledge in using a design system

-Proficient in design and prototyping tools

-Mastery of UI/UX tools (Figma/Miro/Testapic)

-Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
