Due to our strong entrepreneurial DNA, we are developing new software solutions to reach complementary markets, and we are looking for a Business Unit Manager to oversee the management of a new range of solutions (the company will have 3 business units).

Your role:

1. Identify the target market and structure a commercial strategy.

2. Participate in the design of the software product, particularly by engaging with potential future clients to understand their needs.

3. Interact with development and product management teams to draft technical specifications and validate the product’s value.

4. Prepare a marketing campaign to promote the new product, in collaboration with the marketing team.

5. Responsible for selling this new product.

6. Responsible for the success of every project, aiming for 5-star customer satisfaction.

7. Responsible for the effective management of the business unit, analyzing its profit and loss statement, and implementing any necessary action plans.

8. Depending on success, responsible for making future recruitments necessary for the business unit.

Your profile:

• You are graduated from leading engineering or agronomy school.

• You have a strong interest in digital and data.

• You speak English fluently (a third language would be a plus).
