Organization and methodologies

The company is made up of 7 teams, multidisciplinary and friendly, of versatile people. Each team is dedicated to developing part of the launcher's total system, while following Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Teamwork is structured under Program Increment planning and pre- and post-PI planning, system and solution demonstrations, and inspection and adaptation (I&A) events

We rely on everyone for their ability to work quickly, to be "solution-oriented" and to come up with original ideas to support the company's continuous improvement process.

Recruitment process

  1. Telephone screening
  2. Technical interview; usually face-to-face, sometimes Teams
  3. HR interview; either face-to-face or Teams
  4. Selection processing
