Join Signature at SINGULART, a distinct and separate entity dedicated to showcasing high-value artworks. This role is pivotal for enhancing our engagement with top-tier artists and collectors by identifying and collaborating with leading artists to curate artworks that align with the tastes and demands of our most prestigious clients.

Start Date: July 1st or starting from August 26th.

As a High-End Artist Liaison your responsabilities will be: 

* Artist Closing and Relationship Management: identify artists who have the potential to appeal to our high-value members and establish productive collaborations with them, negociate the deals and make sure to get fresh supply from them on a regular basis.

* Art Curations: select artworks from these artists, for our Private Sales or for personalized selections for our members, based on our Sales team briefs. Editing pictures and documents in a compelling way, writing bios and descriptions or works will be part of the deliverables.

* Supervise photos and video shoots to ensure the highest quality of our visuals on our promotional platforms. You'll be in charge of the artworks stock in our office and relationship with artists in regards to the shipping of their works.

* General strategy for scaling Signature and meet our members needs: as any member of Signature, we're building this offer together and feedback from your clients will be precious to iterate and meet our product market-fit.

Who are we looking for?

  • Background in Art Market Studies or Art History is essential; studies in Law is also desirable. Prior experience in the art sector, preferably within a gallery or auction house setting.
  • Excellent relational and convincing skills, pragmatic, tenacious (unwilling to take no for an answer), and creatively resourceful in achieving goals.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent requests.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging descriptions of artists and artworks. Proficiency in managing digital content and visual documentation.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
