Challenges:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are in charge of:
- Collecting recruitment needs with TAM and Hiring Managers
- Writing job offers and approaching emails
- The publication of job ads on relevant platforms
- Sourcing candidates (co-optation, recommendation, hunting) and managing applications
- Management of the schedule of interviews carried out by the TAM (after a training period, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be in charge of the entire recruitment process for the positions it manages directly).
Technical & Mindset Prerequisites
>Professional background:
>2 years
Start-up / Scale-up / Recruitment agencies
>Specific knowledge:
Strong experience with using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Job boards
Data-Driven and mastering of ATS and Gsheet
Strong knowledge of tech ecosystem (positions, market intelligence, key skillsets)
Scale up environment is a plus
