As a Customer Procurement Management, your role is to make our excellent shoes available in the world with the most efficient stock level at the right price.Along with Sports, your responsibility is to define and decide the supply tactics for the upcoming offer and during the season ensuring the best level of availability. You set as a business partner for Sports, you are a tactical cornerstone for the Production teams and you are a strategic influencer within the process for technical or purchase colleagues with whom you go hand in hand.

As a Customer Procurement Manager, you have 3 main responsibilities:#1 Build 2 years Procurement Policy in alignment with Sports strategies for the enchantment of customers and Supply Zone★ Write, communicate & implement a 2-year Procurement Policy★ Build Tactical Planning at a supermodel level interacting with Sports & Production★ Reference the correct Industrial process for each new supermodel★ Build & prepare the next season’s calendar★ Co-write a recovery plan if supply crisis in cooperation with Strategic Buyer, Sports & Production

#2 Decide Procurement solutions for next season by leading S&OP★ Detect TACT-OPE demand vs Capacity alerts and react at model level★ Implement the tactical procurement strategy for the next season (working differences between TACT&OPE)★ Set-up sharings at model level in a eTCO mindset ensuring availability and profitability★ Preconize and co-validate supply chain flows to optimize supply agility (MTO, MTS, Components Supply)★ Lead Operational S&OP process in collaboration with Sports/ Production/ Supplier

#3 Assure best Procurement conditions during the season★ Detect & solve OPE-EXE demand & production alerts and react at a model level★ Prepare the season, during the season and for season closure, to secure the best availability★ Co-arbitrate complex capacity and components conflicts during the season aiming at zero destruction★ Pilot the business activity & act accordingly towards ensuring the respect of S&OP

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required:Professional background:- Engineering and/or Business academic background- At least 3 years experience handling Supply Chain roles - Strong ability to evolve in complex and international environment- Knowledgeable about Supply Chain in Industrial Process and / or Signed Sports and / or in Production. - English is a must, mobile worldwide for business trips

SKILLSTechnical skills: > TACTICAL:- Co-write a procurement policy with projection abilities- Make this projection seen, shared and alive gathering the necessary resources to perform it- Work on procurement scenarios and impacts with a global & environmental total cost approach and a end to end view.

> OPERATIONAL:- SAP / R3 and AFO command for RFQ process, capacity management, Supply flows for Finish goods & component, forecasting- Inventory management and assessment - Project coordination with technical team, production team, sport team,...

> EXECUTIVE:- Supply methods understanding and implementation- Performance follow up and action plan supervisor
