Axis alternatives has maintained its independence over the years and has become a leading consulting firm in business matters. Our ambition is to develop and elevate the different practices of the firm (Insurance, Compliance, and Finance) to the same level of recognition as our Risk practice, the historical practice of the firm. Additionally, we are strongly committed to expanding internationally. While it might seem easier to focus on European expansion, Axis decides to go further! This is evident with the launch of Axis Americas in 2023. Our objectives also include growing the Group through the expansion of Ekios, a subsidiary focused on operational support and project management. Ekios complements Axis's offerings, enabling us to cater to an even greater variety of client needs. Our challenge is to achieve these objectives in the coming years while preserving our historical identity. For this, we rely on our clients, our teams, both in France and abroad, present and future!

Commitments and CSR
Axis alternatives strengthens its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) each year, which aligns with both the company's values and the expectations of its key stakeholders, including employees, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. All the actions taken are focused on the long term and encompass various aspects :
- Implementation of charters on employees' rights, responsible procurement, and waste management.
- Carbon footprint assessment and optimization, along with raising awareness among employees about sustainable development.
- Reinforced HR support.
- Involvement in associations.
- Support, awareness, and collaboration with ESAT for disabled workers.
Volunteering with "Armée du Salut"
This commitment was initiated by a group of employees who wanted to engage in volunteering activities. axis alternatives facilitates the organization for willing and committed employees. The collective commitment of axis alternatives only exists through the individual actions of each team member! Emphasizing the importance of sharing and mutual support, since 2018, axis alternatives, in collaboration with the Salvation Army, has been organizing groups of 5 volunteer consultants who distribute meals to people in need. Today, thousands of meals have been distributed, and more than thirty consultants are actively involved.
